The trip back to Port

On the trip back to Seward, probably two or three hours, we were continuing learning about the wildlife in the area.

Puffins spend most of their life in water, coming ashore only to breed and raise the young, then it's back into water for years.

Here's one guarding his nest up on a cliff (again, sorry for the blur, but it was a ways away)

Puffins in the water and flying by are all over the place, very hard to spot on land except in nesting areas

There was a cliff loaded with "fake penguins" birds that look like penguins but aren't

They pretty much pose for you.

This same area had some incredible waterfalls from the melting snow and ice above

Mountain Goats, the little whitish dots in the middle of the picture

Sea Lions and seals (though not together) on the rocks enjoying some sun

A sea otter floating on it's back with it's feet out of the water (really, that's what this is)

Jagged Glacier carved landscape

And the real treat for some people on board, several Orca Wales (supposedly good ones, not killer ones) at the very end of the day
